This was my second stay at Maria's B&B. The spacious room and private bath were spectacularly clean. My two-day stay helped me prepare for a medical procedure that went well. Thank you, Maria and Robert! I hope to see you both on my next visit to Anchorage.
Wonderful B&B! Maria and Robert were lovely hosts. The room is clean and very comfortable. Full bathroom on suite. Small refrigerator, keurig coffee machine, queen-size bed.
Conveniently located close to ANMC, only 5-6 min drive,
Serves a hot breakfast. Ours were eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and english muffin.
Very homey atmosphere.
Definitely make this one of my go-to places to stay.

This review is far overdue (sorry)! We came here as the first stop on our honeymoon in July 2021. There were rose petals leading to our door, treats in the fridge, and a beautiful card waiting for us when we arrived. The food, company, and setting were superb 👌 We felt so welcomed and cared for and will never forget our stay. Thank you for your hospitality - we can't wait to return!!
Host was helpful and kind. We stayed just for one night between Homer and Talkeetna trips so didn’t have time for breakfast, but they offered a full service meal. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and had everything you needed- and nice towels! The outside did not do justice to the inside. Inside is tidy and charmingly decorated. Located in town, close to airport and restaurants. There is a park and walking area around the creek behind the home.
Absolutely beautiful..Maria and Bob were so great! Hospitality was amazing... The only draw back was the neighborhood it was in..although sits back of the neighborhood..once your inside you forget it's not in the best neighborhoods but Maris is a sweet B&B...breakfast was always delicious and great conversations around the table every morning
The room is soundproof, which makes it perfect for someone's needs a goodnight sleep. We didn't even hear her vaccuming in a living room above our room. Breakfast is delightful with a loving touch of Maria's home cooking.
